Reach Out
Contact me via this form to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. This is a chance for me to hear more about what’s bringing you into therapy and for you to ask questions. If we decide we’re a good fit, we will move forward with scheduling.

Complete forms online
After we schedule the first appointment, I’ll send over an email with a link to my online portal. There are some forms for you to review and complete prior to meeting with me. This should take about 20-30 minutes.

Attend the first appointment
The first appointment with me is 60 minutes, and we’ll talk more about your concerns, history, and goals. From there, we’ll decide how frequently we’d like to meet and get to work.
