LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO BE RULED BY depression, anxiety, and stress.

YOU’RE EXHAUSTED FROM THE CONSTANT BATTLE AGAINST YOUR THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS.

Some days it feels like you’re running a marathon before you even get out the door… overthinking every decision, pushing down waves of anxiety, and trying to hold it all together so no one notices how bad things really are. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, self‑criticism, or numbness, wondering why it takes so much energy just to get through a “normal” day when other people don’t seem to struggle so much.

Anxiety and depression can make your world feel smaller, draining your energy, stealing joy from the activities you used to love, and making simple tasks feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to keep white‑knuckling your way through it. Therapy gives you space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and learn tools that actually help you feel grounded, resilient, and more like yourself again.

Struggling TO FIND JOY IN THINGS.

CHRONICALLY OVERTHINKING AND SPIRALING.

SLEEPING LIKE TOTAL GARBAGE.

IMAGINE A LIFE WHERE…

  • Life feels manageable and less overwhelming.

  • You aren’t constantly distracted by your thoughts.

  • You can enjoy an outing with your family or friends without constantly thinking, “what if?”

  • You’ve got a toolkit to manage distress when it happens.

  • You get projects and tasks done versus leaving things unfinished.

  • You find yourself laughing and smiling again.

Here’s what we’ll do together

THERAPY CAN PUT YOU BACK IN THE DRIVER’S SEAT OF YOUR life.

How therapy helps with anxiety, depression, and overthinking

Dr. Mueller is a clinical psychologist who provides online therapy in WA and 40+ states.

We’ll start with taking a deep breath and giving you space to sort out what’s been troubling you. Instead of trying to “fix” every uncomfortable thought or feeling, we’ll learn to make space for them, understand what they are telling you, and loosen their grip on your day-to-day life.

We’ll also take a deeper look at your core values — the guiding principles that define the kind of person you want to be. Values can shift and change over time, and sometimes we lose touch with what really matters during times of high distress. And sometimes the things we do to cope with stress gets in the way of our values.

When we live life in alignment with values, we feel a deep sense of purpose and satisfaction. Together, we’ll help you take small steps forward towards a life that meaningfully reflects these values. If it sounds overwhelming, just know that we’ll break this down into small steps and take it one piece at a time.

THERAPY FOR DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, OR STRESS CAN HELP YOU:

Create space to take a step back and re-evaluate.

Living life with depression and anxiety can feel like constantly running on autopilot — going through the motions of daily life without really noticing how things are feeling. Therapy is a space just for you, where you can take a breath, exhale, and start to examine patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

01

Better understand your thoughts and emotions.

In therapy, we will discuss the function of certain emotions, such as anxiety. We will explore the connection between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and how you came to experience certain narratives and thought patterns. We will review ways to disrupt thought patterns that aren’t working for you.

02

Feel present and engaged in your life again.

My goal as a therapist is to empower you to live a values-consistent life. We will explore ways that mindfulness can help you feel more present and able to sit with distress, so that you feel like an active player in your life again.

03

Learn skills and tools to manage distress.

I will help you learn new skills for coping so that you can get back to your hobbies, or make it through a dinner with friends from start to finish without feeling preoccupied by negative thought spirals.

04

Change is always possible.
